How long does delivery take?
Shipping times will vary depending on location. From the time it is dispatched, it will take approximately 3-5 business days for prints 11 x 14 and smaller. Prints larger than 11 x 14 will take 5-7 business days for delivery in the United States.
I made a mistake with my order. Can I cancel it?
If you need to cancel an order, please send us a message using our Contact page with your name and the order code number within two hours after it has been placed.
What payment options do you have?
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards) or Paypal. We will process your order once payment has been received.
What framing options do you offer?
Currently there are two main framing options to choose from:
FUJI PEARL PAPER
Printed on the latest Fuji Crystal Archive Pearl Paper for more vivid color reproduction and improved highlight details for brilliant image quality. The paper yields a high quality gloss with a pearl-like appearance. For those who want to provide their own frame of choice locally.
1.5" CANVAS GALLERY WRAP
The canvases are designed to make any photo into a beautiful art piece that could be hanged at a reputable art gallery. Using the latest in ECO printing technology, the canvases are printed on 400GSM white poly-cotton canvas for exquisite color rendition, saturation and sharpness. The canvases measure in 1 1/2" in depth and come ready to hang on the spot.

Are the colors of your prints on my screen accurate?
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor will display color differently. What you see on your computer screen could vary a little bit from the prints you receive. I professionally calibrated my monitor to ensure the best possible results.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. After 30 day mark we cannot accept it back for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Contact us through email if you want to return the product for a refund or exchange before you send back the product.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you receive it and in the original package. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have purchased multiple pieces from us and wish to return them for a refund you need to ship your pieces back to us all at the same time, preferably in a single package. Your return needs to be insured and trackable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/Paypal. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through our Contact page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When you order a product from Christopher Casson Photography’s website, we will need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit/debit card information in order to process your order. Your credit/debit card information will only be used as needed to process your transaction. So that we can track your order, we will retain your order information for our records.
